The Melting Pot
The Melting Pot Café is our community café in the Willow Way area of Hurstpierpoint, creating a meeting place for local people, to care for people in need, a place to draw people into the life of the church. This is a joint project with other churches in Hurst. It runs on Wednesdays and Fridays from 8.30am to 4.30pm. We need people to serve refreshments and lunches and clear tables/wash up, but we also need those who will focus more on the people, welcoming and befriending all who come. There are three shifts each day; morning, lunch, afternoon. (Minimum commitment: 1 shift per fortnight)
