The Beacon Parish & The Point Church Prayer Week:

Prayer Week Timetable:

The Chapel is going to be open from 8:30 am to 8pm Monday to Friday for people to come and spend some time listening and being with God. You can use one of the five ‘themes’ (Fire, Refined, Forgiven, Holiness & Led) to draw you closer to God, or journey through all five in your time there. You can come and join in with any of the activities listed below, or you may just want to come and spend some time one to one with God during the times the chapel is open for prayer. Please take as much (or as little) time as you have to pray and be with God.

Saturday 29th9:15am – 10:45am Women’s Prayer Breakfast

Joining with The Beacon Parish at Westmeston Church for the launch of the Prayer Week

Every Morning – Monday to Friday:

8:30am Coffee & Croissants

9am – 10am Morning Prayer

Monday 1st: 9:30 am onwards The Centre is open for prayer.

8 pm – 9:30pm Lifeshapes & Haywards Heath Small Group – come and join us.

Tuesday 2nd: 10 am The Beacon Parish monthly prayer meeting

11 am onwards The Centre is open for prayer.

8 pm – 9:30pm Rev Simon Shorey’s 20’s & 30’s Group

Wednesday 3rd: 12 noon – 3 pm T he Centre is open for prayer.

3 pm – 4 pm Ditchling Prayer Walk

The Point Church members: Pray for our work, neighbourhood and friends

4 pm – 6 pm Worship led by Julie & Nigel Cameron-Hall  seeking God’s presence.

7 pm – 8 pm Taizé Service led by the Beacon Parish

Thursday: 10 am – 12 noon Rev Peter Sills teaching – ‘Praying with the Bible’.

12 noon – 8 pm The Centre is open for prayer.

4 pm – 6 pm Child Friendly Time – Hosted by Jo Wright & Lou Shorey 

  • Parents are to be responsible for their own children please. A time for parents to spend some time praying, creating and reflecting on God’s holiness with their children. Each station
    will have a child focussed activity for you to enjoy together.

8 pm – 9:30pm West Hurst Small Group – come and join us.

Friday: 10 am – 4 pm The Centre is open for prayer.

4 pm – 5:30pm Time for Corporate Prayer

5:30 pm – 8 pm The Centre is open for prayer.

Saturday: 8 am – 9 am Men’s Prayer Time –(followed by breakfast)

9 am onwards Prayer Week dismantled.

Sunday: 7 pm – 8:30 pm Closing Celebration at ‘Prayer United’ Centre Church, Burgess Hill. 180 Leylands Road. RH15 8HS
