Huge thanks to the drivers who brought their cars on to the tennis courts on Sunday for the dad’s to enjoy, it was a lot of fun.
The Meeting Place
We have our monthly prayer meeting at The Emmanuel Centre in Ditchling on Sunday 1 July 7-8.30pm where we will be joined Yve Rose from Hope House Haiti.
On Sunday July 8 we are having a picnic together to welcome the Shoreys to The Point. Bring your lunch and we will all gather on the grass out the back in the hot sun (get praying) after the morning service.
On Saturday 7th July, we will be holding a men’s BBQ and social at the home of Rob Glew. It promises to be a great time together – we have Pierre-Richard from Hope House Haiti to speak to us, the remaining two World Cup quarter finals will be live on the big screen, all interspersed with burgers and hot dogs and washed down with your beverage of choice! We’d also like to follow up from the men’s conference and seek some feedback about other events that you’d like to see happen – we will be having another men’s conference around the same time timeframe next year so keep an eye out for that! BBQ kick-off commences on the 7th from 1500, bring a bottle or 6-pack, the burgers and hot-dogs will be available for purchase. 9.30am Chapel Service
Join us on Sunday mornings 9.30 – 10am in the chapel at St Paul’s Catholic College for worship, prayer and communion.
You can help us with recycling on Sunday mornings at The Point by bringing your own coffee cup, the café team will be more than happy to fill it for you.
